I feel a very noticeable positive effect. I've been taking two tablets a day. I bought them with the intention of swallowing them, but instead I ended up putting them under my tongue and letting them melt. It doesn't take long to feel the effect when you do it that way! This is the first supplement I have used in a long time where I’ve truly noticed a difference. I feel more energy and clarity of thought. I very unfortunately ordered three months worth from another very reputable company because they offer packets that include sea minerals. I was hoping to use both brands to cover all my bases. I’ll start by saying I’m 56, soon to be 57. I purchased the 24 grams tablets. Using the “dissolve into any beverage once daily” method. I’ve been using water and this stuff looks, smells, and tastes like really dirty bong water. However, I’ve been using it for 11 days now and I definitely feel more energy. I have more drive during my workouts and feel more energetic throughout the day. I feel as though my brain is in high gear as well. I talk to people all day long and unlike before, I never seem to be at a loss for the right word or phrase. Things just keep clicking right along. I’m glad I gave it a try. I have been using Shilajit tablets for a couple of years now.
I had eczema on my hands that required me to wear Band-Aids daily. My skin was so thin and cracked. My so suggested Shilajit. Within one month of taking Shilajit daily, my hands were healed. I have an occasional small patch of dried skin but I no longer need band-aids. I believe, I was missing something in my diet that Shilajit provides. I have told a few doctors about it and none have heard of it. Some have taken interest.
I am SOLD and will never stop taking it.
