It's working, I eat it every morning with a Kombucha and I'm pretty sure it will b rest with dark chocolate oat milk. My libio definitely increased I can tell an my energy levels are on the rise. Amazing company and amazing shilajit! I have personally tried the tablets and resin. I was blown away with the potency and quality of said shilajit. I take shilajit as my morning ritual and have tried shilajit from many companies and Pur has the product on lock. For some time I have been a committed customer to another company that provides shilajit. Over time the shilajit from another brand has become less potent and very runny. I would find myself needing to take more and more to achieve desired effects. Spending more and more money. In my opinion, the shilajit become inconsistent with the quality I use to receive. Therefore I started looking at other companies that provided the needs and consistency desired. I stumbled upon Pur and was reluctant at first. Concerned I would be making a similar mistakes as I did with said last shilajit experiences. I have been using Shilajit for a few years. I use to try the brands that were a little less expensive. I still have them somewhere, but don't use them anymore. I learned my lesson. Stick with Pur Shilajit. It does cost a few more bucks, but it is well worth the extra couple dollars. Don't settle for fake or low quality Shilajit, buy Pur Shilajit. This thing is gooey. Just open the cap, grab a stirrer, dip then apply to your drink. Easy. Helps me for clarity

Felt the effects within 2 hours of taking it. It was sort of a euphoric relaxing feeling. Energy went up without keeping me awake at night. I actually had a real deep sleep that same night as if my body got the rest it needed. My mind felt clear and focused. Also felt like my eyesight got a bit better. Highly recommend! And the 100gram jar will personally last me months!
