How it works

1. Give it an honest try — take your Pür Shilajit daily for at least 30 days at the recommended serving (300–500mg).

2. Still not for you? Email info@pur-shilajit.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number, and we’ll send return instructions.

3. Ship the product back to us. Once it arrives, we refund the product price to your original payment method.

Guarantee terms

Give it an honest try: the product must be used daily for at least 30 days at the recommended serving before a refund is requested.
Return required: the product (including the jar/box, used or unused) must be shipped back to qualify. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
What’s refunded: the price of the product only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Available to first-time customers, on your first order.
One guarantee claim per customer / household.
The request must be made within 90 days of delivery, and the product returned within a reasonable time after return instructions are issued.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received. Active subscriptions are cancelled when a guarantee refund is issued.
Excludes wholesale, bulk, and white-label orders.
