To keep this guarantee fair, transparent, and protected from abuse, the following requirements apply:

- Videos or photos must clearly show the customer’s face, Pür Shilajit product, and preparation ritual.
- Customer must use the product as directed.
- Refund eligibility applies to one unit per household.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Submissions must include the customer’s order number and checkout email.
- Abuse, duplicate claims, altered submissions, or misuse of the guarantee void eligibility.
