2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure the best experience, we offer the following return guidelines:
Time Frame: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Product Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: All sales of discounted, promotional, or custom products are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Shipping Your Return: Securely package the item(s), include the RMA number, and ship to the address provided in our return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refund Process
Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Subjective Claims: Refunds will not be issued for claims such as “I didn’t like the product” or “It didn’t meet my expectations.” All products are accurately described on our website.
5. Delivery Confirmation

All orders include tracking information for your convenience.
Orders over $200 require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Proof of delivery serves as fulfillment of your order.
6. Fraud Prevention
We take fraud seriously and reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity:
All claims of unauthorized transactions will be cross-verified with PayPal’s fraud protection services and IP logs from our website.
Orders flagged as suspicious may require additional verification, such as identity confirmation or phone contact, before processing.
In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, we will pursue action to reclaim lost funds through legal channels and report the incident to PayPal and relevant authorities.
7. Secure Payment Policy
To ensure secure transactions:
We only accept payments made through verified methods on our website or authorized platforms.
Important: We do not process payments manually, nor do we accept payment details sent via email, text, or any other unsecured method. Any payment information submitted outside of our secure checkout process will not be processed, and the order will be canceled for security reasons.
8. Evidence for Disputes
In case of disputes or chargebacks, we will provide the following evidence to PayPal or financial institutions:
Proof of shipment and delivery, including tracking numbers and signature confirmation for orders over $200.
Records of communication with the customer (emails, chat logs, etc.).
Order confirmation emails showing the customer’s acknowledgment of the transaction and agreement to our policies.
IP address and geolocation of the buyer at the time of purchase, verified through our website's fraud detection system.
9. Chargeback & Payment Disputes
At Pür Shilajit, we believe in fairness and transparency. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out to us directly at support@pur-shilajit.com. Almost every issue can be resolved quickly through our refund or replacement process—no need to go through your bank.
We kindly ask that you contact us first before filing a chargeback or dispute with your card provider. Doing so allows us to handle the matter faster, keeps your account in good standing, and avoids unnecessary fees charged by the banks.
If a chargeback is filed after an order has been delivered, or without first contacting our team, it may be considered an unauthorized dispute. In that case, Pür Shilajit may recover:
- The original transaction amount, if already refunded by your bank
- Any processing or chargeback fees charged to our company (typically $15 – $50 USD), and
- A $40 administrative fee for documentation and recovery.
If a dispute remains unresolved, we may refer the matter to a licensed collection service in accordance with applicable law.
Our goal is always to treat every customer with integrity — we simply ask for the same honesty in return.

11. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, contact us at info@pur-shilajit.com within 30 days of receipt.
