I think I am on my third package. My MD had suggested it to help with mold. I am not sure what it is doing, but it feels right to use this product. I wish I could know specifically what it is doing, but i take a lot of supplements and it is hard to know.I If I am retested for mold and the numbers improve, I will let you know.

I was first introduced to the product Shilajit by a trainer who provided me two tablets during a workout and I was feeling really tired. Right when I felt that I couldn't do anymore. I had extra energy to complete my training. I was surprised how much energy I had during the workout and at the end of the day because my days are very long. I had to order my own products so that's what prompt me to subscribe for monthly delivery. I also introduced Shilajit to a co-worker. I gave him two of my tablets and he likes the way it makes him feel so he also will be a subscriber. Everything happens for a reason it was meant for me to have Shilajit in my life. Shilajit doesn't make my heart palpitate and I do not have trouble sleeping, it's a natural energy feeling I get when I take it. I would recommend anybody to have shilajit in their life.

I kinda regret not doing a monthly shipment! I purchase it for my husband, and it's been a great mood stabilizer for him. He feels more emotionally balanced. I feel a very noticeable positive effect. I've been taking two tablets a day. I bought them with the intention of swallowing them, but instead I ended up putting them under my tongue and letting them melt. It doesn't take long to feel the effect when you do it that way! I've actually gotten used to the taste and don't mind it at all. I personally feel Increased energy and mental focus. I like that these come in a blister pack. My daughter recommended this product several years ago. Once I started taking it I was able to get off my ADHD meds. I have such clarity of mind and everything is not scattered. When I had my annual check up, blood work taken at the doctor, he said whatever you are doing, keep doing it. It’s working. I call these my magic pills. I still struggle with Fibromyalgia BUT my symptoms are much better. I will take this product for the rest of my life.
