You can really feel and taste the difference between this Shilajit and other brands. The consistency is thick and potent with zero fillers. Because this Shilajit isn't cut with water or molasses, you're actually getting a better deal. Other companies water their products down so they seem cheaper, but you're not getting nearly as much. With this resin you get the full strength and can noticeably feel the quality.

Saw many good reviews and was really hoping this would be my final stop on the journey of a great Shilajit product. I have used shilajit from "Pure Himalayan" and "Lost Empire Herbs" and also looked at lab results from many other companies to find those with the lowest heavy metals. Pur seemed like it fit the bill so I ordered some up when I ran out of my jar from "Pure Himalayan." Since I have been taking shilajit daily for a while now, I did not notice any added great effect, but what I did notice was that it caused stomach pain for me. I was doing similar dosing as the others and consuming it the same way. Not many days after I started I noticed my stomach seemed to hurt throughout the day. After a couple weeks I considered it might be the shilajit and stopped it for a few days. Immediately the next day my stomach felt better. Then I tried taking it again and within a day it was hurting again. I alternated one more time to be sure and was able to confirm it. Maybe it is just me, maybe it is the jar I got, but either way. I have an expensive large jar that I will not be finishing.

Been taking it for over a month and it hasn’t been the same. The first two weeks of taking it I felt amazing with good energy throughout the day. On the 3rd week of taking it I hit a plateau. The shilajit gets clumpy at the bottom now. I don’t even feel the effects of taking shilajit anymore. Feel like it’s a waste now, but since I purchase the 120g I’m just going to ride it out until I can find a better alternative.

I love the hand written note and encouraging words. I had done some research and was really excited to give this a try. I asked one of my holistic doctors what he thinks about this particular brand, he’s really big on sourcing products not just looking for the best branding, he actually said this one was a great choice to get the most pure resin.
