I’ve been taking this everyday for about six months now and the positive is noticeable every single day. My hair was falling out in spots and thinning and now my hair is back to the way it used to be and where there was no hair I have hair growing in and my baby hairs are also back! Not to mention I had three toenails that were thick and looked awful, they are 3/4 grown out to regular nails!! It doesn't taste that great but the first time I took a shilajit pill, my brain felt very sharp and I could think clearly after having severe, chronic brain fog. I also had more energy shortly after consuming the pill.
